Reminder: Dairy Festival is Tomorrow
The John De La Howe School Dairy Festival
MCCORMICK, SC – John de la Howe School will celebrate their Annual Dairy Festival on Saturday, June 16, 2012. This free event was started years ago as a way to bring awareness to De La Howe, give residents a chance to view part of its campus and to show how much they really appreciate all of the support that has been given to them and the students throughout the years. So the Dairy Festival is held and everyone is invited to come out and just have a good time.
There will be live entertainment, with local groups from the communities and surrounding areas performing praise dancing, gospel, R&B, hip hop, jazz and some good old country music. There will be free eye and hearing exams, along with free blood pressure checks by the Lions Club, in addition to venders with various types of merchandise, foods, games and information booths. Also a variety of childrens activities will be offered.

Come join in some old fashioned fun at the John de la Howe School Barn, on Highway 81, 8 miles north of McCormick. For more information, contact Coleen Starling, Festival Coordinator at (864)-391-0414 or email: Coleen.Starling@delahowe.k12.sc.us.
